I like that your process does not leave soap products in the carpet and that your employees spend a litylecextra time in cleaning. I have paid other cleaners several hundred dollars and they are in and out in 15 minutes. I should not be paying lawyer like fees to have carpets cleaned and then have stains and dirt showing up days later. They need to slow down and spend a little extra time getting it clean the 1st time. I think your people do that.
