The job is always 100%! Everyone who has come to clean the carpet has always been efficient and courteous! A couple of times I haven't been able to be here during the job. I feel confident that ZeroRez is honest and will work hard whether or not I'm home! This last time, my 50 lb dog got sick on my white carpet 'll during the evening. No prob for Zero Rez! They got every bit out! No stain!

The young man who cleaned our carpet was great. He called before he came, on time, explained the process and offered upgrades but wasn't pushy. He was friendly, professional and fast. Carpet dried in about six hours and looks and feels clean. Good experience all around.
