Service tech was promt, professional, and knowledgeable. Carpets were cleaned within an hour as promised. Although only a few small visible stains needed to be removed, I was happy knowing he thoroughly cleaned what couldn't be seen. I will definitely use Zerorez in the future for all my carpet cleaning needs.

We like how clean the carpets get without using harsh chemicals, the customer service and techs are always great! We will continue to refer Zero Rez. With that said, we continue to request that Zero Rez offer longtime returning customers special deals like promotional offers for new customers. Big dissapointment.....NOT a fan of the tipping policy/expectation!

When I scheduled Zerorez to clean my late uncle's carpet, I was told the zerorez tech would arrive between the hours of 8 am - 11 am on the agreed upon date. On the morning of the scheduled appointment, the tech gave me a courtesy call and said he was about 30 minutes away. I appreciated that. He arrived promptly and was very respectful. He got right to work. The carpet was HEAVILY soiled in some areas. I wasn't expecting much. The carpets look way cleaner and the heavily soiled areas I mentioned are either lightened up considerably or gone. I would not hesitate to use zerorez in my home for my next carpet cleaning.

I have two suggestions for ZeroRez as a whole: First, add some kind of "see through" component to the cleaning mechanism so that customers and staff can see the "yuck" being cleaned out. I would have found that quite satisfying and persuasive about ordering future cleanings, and I suspect it would also motivate staff. Second, improve the "suction" so that carpets aren't quite as wet when staff is finished. It did dry in the 12 hours Richie had predicted, but it was wetter-than-anticipated during that time.

Overall, I'm very happy!

The tech was very polite and thorough in looking at our rug situation, providing an estimate and getting the work done in efficient fashion. He also had excellent knowledge about types of rugs per fiber content and how cleaning may or may not provide desired results.

The service was excellent. People were very professional when requesting service, pick up and delivery. We will definitely us and encourage their service again. Thank you!
