The technician Ethan was very efficient, knowledgeable and polite. My carpets look much better. My only complaint would be that I wish the sales person would have informed me that if pet stains were found a special agent would have to be used which increased the price substantially! Of course, you are given an option as to whether or not you choose to do so but I think notifying a customer before hand would be helpful.
