My technician, Adam Weston, was amazing. I've had employees come to my house before that we're nice and professional, but he went the extra mile. My toddler is extremely shy with strangers, but he warmed up to Adam immediately. He was fast, efficient, and very kind. Would definitely be happy to have again!

The service was very good and the serviceman, Corey, was excellent! My carpets look great, just like new! I like that there were no chemicals used. I was lucky enough to get service during a special sale, which I appreciate. However, the pricing on my two 5 X 7 area rugs was very high and not included in the sale. I was charged twice the price of one room of carpet for each rug. They were neutral in color with no design, not fancy. I was told that was the standard for area rugs. Just be aware of what you are paying for. Otherwise, I recommend Zerorez. Thank you.
