My Service Tech made the appointment on time, was well organized, and very efficiently worked thru my house from the top story far corner to the front door, giving special effort and attention to some carpet stains. The end result was remarkable...in a very good way.

This was our first carpet cleaning with Zerorez. We had all of our carpets cleaned and the big area rug under the dining room table. Rollie was a super nice guy and did a thorough job. He protected wall corners and furniture, cleaned up nicely after he was done and had a nice barrier for the front door. The communication with the company was great. Rollie arrived right on time. We were very pleased with Zerorez and will recommend them to our friends and neighbors and will use them again.

This is my second experience with Zerorez and I have been very impressed with both of the technicians that we had. they we diligent and quick with their work, they did a good job of offering additional services (Upselling) without being pushy, but by pointing out the benefits. They were very professional, and were unafraid to share their honest opinions about the work they were doing.

This appointment was for a church - a couple of nursery rooms. Zerorez has cleaned my carpets at home a couple of times and they were the first service I thought of when this need came up.

Our cleaner (Jesse) was punctual (even early!). He explained what he would be doing and answered several questions I had about the process.

Following the cleaning, the carpets looked wonderful - several stains I had noted came up completely. One thing I have noted about Zerorez is that the stains don't tend to come back, and the carpets seem to stay clean longer - I think because there is no chemical residue left behind to attract dirt.

We're very pleased and would recommend Zerorez without hesitation.

I like the way they way you communicate with us to let us know when they will be here, if they are running late and the way they call and tell you what time they will be there. Everyone I've had has always been very friendly.

Techs are always good about communication, courteous, on time (during window) and knowledgeable about products and services. Take extra care with equipment and clean with protective gear worn. Love and will continue to use.
