I have been utilizing Zero Rez Carpet Cleaning Service for several years now, since my next foor neighbor recommended it to me after I saw the Zero Rez truck outside their home, and the carpet cleaning in progress. I asked for a business card from the cleaner as he was finishing up the job, and have called to schedule my own carpets being cleaned. I have been scheduling and getting my carpets cleaned on a regular basis, and its resulted in my carpets looking remarkable "new" each time. I am completely satisfied with the prmpt response that coincides with both my schedule and theirs. The office staff are always polite, professional, and so are the guys wo come out to do the actual cleaning. I just had them cleaned again this past Saturday, and when my next door neighbor on the "other side" of my home say the truck outside and cleaning in progress, asked me if I would recommend them . I said I do, and they are reasonable in cost, as will as very efficient and capable. I obtained a business card for my neighbor, from Jose Castaneda, who cleaned my carpet that day. I'm sure she will be calling to schedule her own carpets being cleaned soon. By the way, Jose did a very good job, and applied extra protection solution to extend the life of my carpets while there. He did an excellent job, and I will ask for him again then next time I schedule another cleaning. Thank you. Feel free to use me as a reference and you may publicaly share my review anytime.
