This is the first time using Zerorez for any service. I needed my dryer vent cleaned as well as my a/c ducts. Process took longer than originally planned but I did have some extra work done (cleaning of a/c coils & install of a new UV light).

I am thoroughly satisfied with the work that was done. The two gentlemen (Jake & Collin) were professional & courteous.

Everything looks cleaner and fresher. The technician, William R. Was very anxious to to a good job; he was very polite and explained the procedures very well. He used the stain extractor on one particularly stubborn stain and I was very pleased with the outcome.

After the cleaning, I was concerned about the cleanliness of the edges of the stairs that were cleaned.

Brandon agreed to re-clean the areas that were in question and they looked much better. Now that the carpet dried, they look better yet.

I appreciate him giving the step edges additional care.

I like that you can be scheduled to come out quickly. I like that the treatment dries quickly. The operator was friendly, explains everything, and is very good. Nothing to dislike.
