First and foremost, Cole the technician, was outstanding. He was extremely informative not to mention a very hard worker for such a young man. When we use Zeroez in the future we certainly hope Cole will be the tech that comes out. The technique seems to really work we had some incredible soiled areas in our carpet that look fantastic now. I would certainly recommend this company to all of our friends and family. Don't know if it would help but Cole needs to be complimented by staff and even give him a raise LOL.
