Polite, professional staff. I had special instructions regarding how the cleaning technician should enter the house (2 codes for a vacant house). He followed all instructions perfectly, took before and after pictures and called me when he was done. It was very easy to get the carpet cleaned at a house that was not occupied and I was a 4 hour drive away.

We have used Zerorez many times before and they always get the carpet super clean. This time was no exception. The technician even spotted a dog stain that had not been previously noted and removed it. I am a very happy customer. I never use a carpet cleaning company except Zerorez.

There were a variety of treatment options/levels to meet our needs (particularly around our pet cleanup). This was the initial reason I looked into Zerorez - we couldn't hire just a standard carpet cleaner.
I was very impressed with the before/after of the black light and seeing how clean the surface of our carpet was (I just wish there was a way to see underneath, too!).
Carlos, our technician, was very knowledgable and customer-focused, which I very much appreciate. He kept us updated along the way and made sure all of our questions were addressed.

Excellent cleaning of rugs and carpet! However, I don’t like having to pay the full price for rug cleaning before getting the rug back. It should be that you pay half when they pick it up and half when it gets delivered.
