I like that you use No chemicals to clean, so no smelly after effects. After drying, the carpet was fluffy and soft! There was no need to use my water source because you brought yours. It was quick and not too noisy. The appt was on time and the man that cleaned explained everything he was going to do and why. He gave me some history of the company and why this type of cleaning is better!

Our technician Keith was very pleasant & friendly & he did a tremendous job on our dirty heavily tracked carpet. It doesn't look like new, but it's 10 years old & worn in places. He did a great job of getting out the dirt in the heavily trodden on areas that I was afraid may have been beyond help.
