Zerorez was very easy to work with - good communication on scheduling and arrival of tecnnician. Carpets were cleaned very well and the process was very easy.
Did a great job, but the estamate that I was given on the phone did not include spot staining cleaning, closets, etc. Anything extra you add seems to cost an additional $35 each. By the time we were done there was an additional hundred plus dollars. They should be transparent. With that being said my carpets look great. The tech did a great job.
