It was easy to schedule an appointment at a convenient time. The scheduler was very friendly - and Beau (sp) - the young man who did my cleaning, was very friendly and professional, while answering questions and being very efficient!
An enjoyable experience overall, and a good price. My rug is beautiful again! Going to get him to come back and do my tile floors soon.

The two guys were very courteous and responsive to questions we had. They quickly determined that the ducts were clean, which was a big relief to us!

Found that there was one small leftover area of our carpet that needed a little more attention after the initial treatment and they had a technician out within two hours of my phone call to take care of it at zero charge. Very much appreciated.

Tech was INCREDIBLE! Friendly and I could tell he really wanted to do a good job. Due to his excellent work we are going to start using Zero Rez instead of our regular carpet cleaner.
I want to request this same tech--as I was not that happy with the previous tech with Zero Rez.

Our technician, I believe his name was Adam, was Great!! I wasn't able to be at the appointment, so it was great that he communicated with me regarding the stains in the carpet, price, and the process. He took extra time to make sure the carpets were as clean as possible.

Great job , very courteous. Called when he was on his way. An hour drive for him. Showed up when he said he would. Assessed the areas and offered suggestions Went straight to work. Strong work ethic. I can't say enough they did a great job Will definitely use Zerorez in the future
