We are very happy with Zerorez. We have used Zerorez several times to clean our carpets and an oriental rug. The work has always been excellent, the carpets and rug practically shine from the cleaning. The people who came out have been courteous and on time. The prices are reasonable.

As requested he paid particular attention to hose abrasion on the drywall at the corners on the stairwell. However we did experience some texture damage in 2 locations at the bottom step.
Not sure what could be done with the corner protectors i have seen.

Service was great! Needed a sectional couch cleaned in a pinch. They had me scheduled the same day and within 2 hrs my couch was cleaned! Loved the text reminder when techs we're on their way as well.

Services and products are great. Was disappointed that we didn't have our previous 'carpet cleaner' to do this cleaning.

When Ted came to clean our furniture, all the tags indicating cleaning methods were missing. After doing a burn test on a few fibers of a few chairs to determine the fiber content he and I thought it was fine to steam clean them. He then proceeded to test steam clean the couch and chairs in hidden areas and then we assessed them together when they dried. I gave him my final ok to proceed with the cleaning and they all turned out beautiful! It was not possible to get out all the stains that had accumulated on an ottoman, but they had been there for years. But I now know the ottoman is clean. The chairs and couch had not been cleaned for 24 years. My couch looks brand new and the chairs do not a gray haze on them. I would definitely use Zeroez again.
