I like the machine that Zerorez uses that lifts the carpet fibers up and makes the carpet more fluffy. Also, the carpet looks and feels fresh.

How clean and fast the carpet gets

I like that my son that has many allergies is not affected by the products Zero Rez uses. The workers are very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. They were very quick and did an excellent job.

Of course they were trying to upsell us (and they did on a couple of things) but they did it in an outstanding way to make it clear what was in our best interests.
