Elton is very professional and very charismatic. We had an issue with the carpets getting nappy and he came back with a smile on his face and ran the appropriate machine over it and my 9 year old carpets look great.

I like the science behind how the treatments work and that the treatments are pet safe and effective. My appointment was also very quick - I was skeptical about how quickly the entire areas were treated, but the carpets seem pretty clean! And the cost was reasonable, although I did take advantage of a promotion.
