Mr. Lance was super professional and masterfully efficient with his job. I have three cats and two mechanical men in this house so the carpets were rough. They haven’t been cleaned in years. He came in, saw what he was working with, made his recommendation, listened to my concerns, and we came up with a plan. He was more than happy to explain what he was doing when I was observing because it was amazing to see the carpet come clean and him work his magic. Literal magic was what he did with my carpets. I am mind-blown at the difference. If you are considering doing it, just do it! I wish I did it sooner!

Cody, a Zerorez employee, arrived at our house on time and cleaned two upholstered chairs and carpet. He was very professional, explaining the steps to cleaning upholstery and the amount of time the carpet needed to completely dry, as well as answering our questions. We will be using Zerorez again, and requesting Cody to do the work!
