Liked that once the appointment was set up, I heard shortly before the arrival that Matt was on the way. He first looked with me at the rooms where work needed doing and then set about calculating which parts could be done as spot-cleaning, in an attempt to save me a little money. He did a thorough job explaining to me about old stains and worked steadily the entire time.
I like that no residue is left in the carpets too. Efficient and left the rooms feeling clean.
Service was excellent. Your Tech Taylor arrived early and went right to work. He was very polite and explained what he was going to do and offered a couple of options....we chose to take them and the results were great. Taylor worked fast and made the carpets look like new. Good Job Orez!
