Zerorez technician comes out to inspect the carpet area that needs to be cleaned.
Gives you a price before they start so you know what the price will be when done.
They have a pre-treat solution to put on first to get out stains and odors.
The way they clean the carpet with the solution and hot water is great.
They have friendly and professional technician that explains everything before they start and during the cleaning process.
It's a great company and services they provide are wonderful.

From my first phone call to the departure of my technician after cleaning my area rug. Everyone seemed sincerely happy to be accommodating and helpful.

The techs showed up on time and did a great job in all the areas I scheduled to have cleaned! I really like that they do multiple areas, not just carpets. I would highly recommend them for carpet cleaning, cleaning area rugs, bathroom shower and tile floor, as well as ceiling vents. The final invoice came in lower than what they quoted me over the phone! Next time time, I'll add my LVP floors.

I liked everything! I had my carpets and tiles cleaned and even the front sidewalk was power-washed to get rid of bird poop! There was no smell from any of the products used except for the nice citrus prep spray in some areas. Everything looks fantastic and my Tech Michelle was outstanding! She was so thorough, polite, and professional and explained everything involved in the process before, during, and after and I couldn't be happier with the results!!
