Carpets look good after zerorez cleaning. My past experiences with other carpet cleaning services -- zerorez method is better choice by far! Other carpet cleaning services use either a machine with a rotating brush that reminds me of the type the school janitor used hallways tile floors; good for tile cleaning/waxing, but not so much for carpets. And/or they soak the carpets so much it takes days to dry, which after results in carpet feeling crunchy and stiff feeling texture. Zerorez cleaning uses a vacuum style method much better suited for carpet cleaning, IMHO. The service was professional which was excellent. I appreciated being able to walk through the areas prior to cleaning to point out the trouble spots. I appreciated the extra attention given by the service tech. Most of all, I'm very happy with the results....will certainly be coming back!

We used Zerorez for the first time at a commercial facility at Tri-City Union Gospel Mission and were very pleased with the results. Their method of cleaning is far superior to spraying a solution and then extracting a portion back, leaving you with soaked carpets that are not really clean. The people are friendly, and I totally support local family-owned businesses.
Julio Castro came out and was professional, cheerful and did an excellent job. In addition to cleaning my carpets he brought a fabric stool back to life that I loved and thought I'd have to replace. I'll likely have him out again to clean my livingroom furniture
