My carpet and area rung look brand new! They were really dirty. I love that it is just steamed without chemicals. The only thing is I thought it turned out really expensive with the spot treating and after treatment. over $700. I am hoping I can get the price down more next time as I would like to use you at least once a year

I like that my carpet is dry within same day of service. There’s no long drying period and no residue. The willingness to come back to retreat a spot that didn’t come out is welcomed too. You can’t always tell until carpet dries.

Jamie and Jacob were great. I've used zerorez for a few years and last time was not a good experience. I contemplated using another company but decided to try 1 more time and im glad I did. Zerorez provided outstanding service in cleaning of our carpet and stripping and waxing of our tile floor areas. This is in a commercial building so, we did have a bit of excessive wear on the floor areas. Their staff is very friendly and professional. We did have one instance of having to reschedule one day of cleaning but they communicated clearly and professionally about exactly what the problem was and arranged a convenient time to complete the job. We will definitely have them return to our buildings the next time we need this service.

I have used Zerorez for a number of years. I highly recommend them for any carpet, rug and upholstery cleaning. I have a vintage sofa and older carpets, and I am so pleased with the 'new" look of them after Zerorez. Zerorez is most definitely cost effective, and their cleaning technique is extremely efficient, dries in a fraction of time. I also like how the clean look doesn't disappear in a few days of having them cleaned like some carpet services. I only had the carpets done this time, but I have had rugs as well when needed. Anthony was my service tech this time. He was prompt, professional, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I would like to send Anthony a personal Thank You!!
