We had our carpet cleaned on 5/20/2025 and they did not come out clean. I called Zerorez and they scheduled a re-clean as soon as it fit into my schedule. We had the re-clean on 6/10/2025. They came out great. Our carpet is 32 years old and in pretty good shape and I was impressed with the re-clean job. Highly recommend Zerorez.

Thorough, efficient, and friendly. Visible evidence of much cleaner ducts. The guys were great, and worked as a team. One challenge they expertly dealt with was wooden vent covers that had been stained and sealed in place and took some work to remove without damaging the hardwood floors.
They were able to meet the time I needed. They were on time. They explained every step and did not take long to complete the task.
The customer care person was very prompt and courteous. He got right to work and was done in no time. I have used Zerorez for many years on multiple residence.
