I always get a phone call from the driver when they will be here to deliver my salt. I did not get a phone call to let me know they were delivering the 2-26-2026. This was a day early. My bags of salt were left at door and by accident someone saw them there a day later. I had no notification of early delivery and when they are coming.

Culligan always shows excellent communications with us, which is appreciated greatly, as they have often delivered salt while we weren’t home. I would give them a 10, except we live in a city about 35 miles away, & everyone we know isn’t interested, or has water service already.

We love the water for the grandkids. Even the little ones can help themselves. We used to get a film in our coffee from the tap water but not with culligan. And recently we got a notice that a well in rosemount had contaminants so we were glad to have been drinking your filtered water. It's also a comfort to have extra water on hand in any emergency. We also have to commend our delivery man, chad, for his extra friendly service and thoughtfulness. He often grabs our paper from the end of the driveway and sets it with our water jugs. We are very longtime customers, maybe 20 years, and plan to continue.
Overall experience has been good. We love our driver who is always kind and professional.
