I’m giving a 9 out of 10 as installation was just today so I haven’t had a chance to tryout the water softener yet!
My installer was Francisco R. What a great guy. Knowledgeable, very personable, worked with me regarding placement of the 3 pieces, offered helpful information regarding the system.
I had to go online to print the manual for myself which was a bit of an inconvenience considering how much I spent. There were several options to choose from so not very intuitive.
