I rent one of your units. I don't have to worry about salt. You bring it in every so many months. I don't have to worry about service. You come in service, my equipment and you have a good product. I have been with you for almost 10 years. And have never had a problem.
The water softener does the job as advsertsed. Service reps are very helpful. The young man that makes the salt deliveries represents the company well.
The different technician sent on the second request for service was able to properly diagnose the problem and make the necessary repair. Problem was resolved.
