Actually Morro Bay's water is now drinkable. (It wasn't when we moved here almost 49 years ago.) I still get get Culligan water delivery for two reasons. Years ago, my husband made covers for the 5 gal bottles that block light and stop algae. So we have a constant rotating source of water and emergency water at all times. Number # Robbie Kitzman was the first friend our younger daughter made when she started 4th grade almost 49 years ago.
