I love how nice the guy that delivers our salt is. We are both in wheelchairs and the trip to the basement involves folding up the chair on the stair lift, moving the wheelchair at the bottom and then putting everything back in the right place when he’s done. He always makes sure we’re okay and don’t need anything else regarding the water softener. Without this service, we would be stuck with hard water because we aren’t able to get the salt down there and get it in the tank safely and get everything closed up again.
Our water is soft enough to make our laundry much softer and towels more absorbent. Thank you for providing this service to us.
