I've never had a problem. The men that deliver the salt are always nice, well mannered. My neighbor, Shar Badour, called me a few months ago, said she saw the Culligan truck over here and asked how I liked the service. I told her i had been with Culligan a long time, no problems. I see that you deliver to her now too.
