The staff people and managers are wonderful, service techs are so freaking nice. The company handles customer service serious which is important in my book as good customer service is hard to come by anymore.
*There are few things only I would like to add.
-Area managers who made the sale should keep in touch with the new customers for the first at minimum 8 months. This would go along way for Culligan as the word of mouth gets out. It feels like for me at least that once the sale has been done it’s bye, bye see you later kinda thing never any follow ups or follow through with new customers.
-And salt refills with new customers should be built out for each customer after the sale is completed for rotation dates so customers will know and can put on their own calendars for reminders.
-Culligan should build out a business model for the area managers for like a once a month call or text to those new customers see how things are going etc.. After all your customers are your business the ones who will end up giving you more customers and I think Culligan falls short on this.
My thoughts as a customer
They seem to last longer than big box store. Bought ones. Solar salts that is.
The personnel you have representing your company are the best people you can ask for. Tom, Caleb and office person were awesome!

Service techs are spot on. My tech Trevor, was professional and courteous. Explained everything that I was responsible for regarding maintenance and upkeep on my water system.
