Rose took my call spoke clearly, politely, and professionally. Renee, the serviceman, took the time to explain what and why he was doing what he was doing. He answered my questions directly and in a way that I completely understood. If the rest of your staff is like Rose and Renee your business should flourish.
We have been a long term client for almost 2 decades. Our experiences in the past has been good for the most part and issues resolved promptly considering the length of time we have been customers. The last service call surprisingly took several phone call to get an appointment (over a period of 4 weeks) and 4 different technicians to finally resolve the issue.
Much praise to Malia to make this finally happen. I wish I had reached out to her sooner. She was the only person who actually agreed to speak to us and was very professional. She diligently listened, understood the situation, made the appropriate contacts with the managing technician, made sure the technician is equipped with all that is needed, and gave us credit for the time we did not have water service. She then followed it up with a confirmation email that explain all that she had set up. Now that is customer service! I am much grateful for Malia to have taken care of our issue and being so professional in the process!

Ordered Salt for my Water Softener, good product. Only complaint is that when delivering the salt it needs to be delivered to the correct address. Driver had to go to where he in error delivered my salt and carry the bags of salt to the correct address. Person creating the ticket for delivery must be more aware of what they are typing in for the delivery address. I do not blame the driver for this error as he was only following the ticket for delivery that he was given.
As a Culligan customer of nearly 25 years now, I can positively attest to the durability, reliability and trouble-free operation of Culligan mechanicals. I have never had any kind of service failure or breakdown that has interrupted the continued seamless function of my Culligan unit. The peace of mind it provides knowing the worry-free reliability and dependability of its design is hugely reassuring. The service visits I have scheduled over the years have been very few (speaking positively here, as not really needing them in an urgent sense ) and largely due to routine maintenance. In every instance, the service personnel have been knowledgeable, efficient and polite. It has been and continues to be a true pleasure doing business with Culligan, a rarity in today's consumer climate of corporate greed and customer alienation.
