The two gentlemen that was sent to install and service my water softener were very polite, professional, on time and I appreciated that very much.
Justin - I hope I have his name correct, was very efficient and friendly! We have two very loud pups, they were secure, but even their 'greetings' didn't rattle him! Great service all around!

We have our salt delivered to our house. The people working for Culligan are always courteous and cheerful.
Both my husband and I are seniors and are not able to bring the 40# bags and take them down the basement. Having Culligan deliver the salt and take it down our basement is truly a wonderful option for us otherwise we would not be able to have a softener. Culligan looks after senior citizens!

The tech was fantastic and was very knowledgeable sharing information on St Charles water and how they are treating it. I was impressed with his ability to point out where I needed to be as far as a level of hardness vs. soft water. Thank you
