Pete, who services my soft water system, is a living doll.
I cannot tell you how pleased I am with my Culligan water filtration, water softener and Reverse Osmosis systems. The water tastes great and I love that the softened water will spare my appliances and pipes, faucets and toilets the damage hard water causes. I stated with Tyler as my Sales Rep and I cannot say enough about him. He gave me the same service and consideration he would have with his own Mother. The technicians were prompt and really wonderful. Don’t fall for the gimmick water systems with other companies. Culligan systems are proven to work and there is really nothing like bathing and doing laundry with softened water.

Having a window for the time of delivery is vital for good customer service. I asked about this with my earlier delivery and my most recent delivery was first thing in the morning making my day more productive. I still maintain having a window for delivery is important. If I can be first thing again and, in the future, I'm a happy customer.
