It works and the technicians are great
We purchased this home about six and a half years ago. It had a water softener which we were familiar with but also came with an iron filter. We called the telephone number from a sticker on the equipment & someone came out & educated us on the equipment. Since then, we also had someone out this summer to replace the iron filter & now were having issues with the softener. Every time someone has come to do a service call or work, they have been outstanding. Friendly, helpful, knowledgable, considerate of our time by giving us a couple hour window so we know when to be available. Overall we are very happy with this company. The only downside was having to set up information to a different party to get our bill taken care of this past summer. We are extremely careful with our data & sharing it over the internet. I am a rental customer and have been since late 2021. We absolutely love our soft water and have always had a softener. We've owned several but didn't want to worry with purchasing our own again and the headache of upkeep and maintenance of the unit. With renting, they fill our brine tank every 3 months with salt or sooner if we need it and take care of any problems should any arise at no additional charges to us. The cost for renting our unit is $50 which is easy on the monthly budget. We love not having to worry with buying salt and then having to unload and fill the tank. It's a win win!
