I have been a satisfied customer of Rymes Propane & Oil for the past twenty-five years, mainly because I've never run out of gas.
However, there is something I would ask you to look into.
When I returned to the house on April 10 I saw that I had received a propane delivery. As I always do when I receive a delivery I took a quick under the hoods of my two tanks to check the percentages. I noticed that the check-valve adaptor which I keep on the fill valve of one of the tanks was no longer there. I suspect that the check valve may have remained attached to the fill-hose nozzle when the driver disconnected from the tank, and gone down the road with the truck. Can you check with the driver, who I believe is Jesse, to see if he has my adapter? Which, if he has, I would like to be returned.

The timeliness of the service. I know that when I put in the refill request, within 2-3 days later my tanks will be full and I’ll be set for the next 6 months or so. Nothing about working with Superior adds stress to my life and I appreciate that.
I never worry about running short of propane, Rymes monitors supply closely.

Our delivery driver Bill was incredible. He took the time to fix our gauge and show us how to correct it if it gets stuck again. He also showed up first thing in the morning, as we were worried it was an emergency. Incredible service and a great man. Thank you!!!! Krista on the phone was also super kind and waived our emergency fee because it was a tank issue. We are so thankful!

Showing up when you say you will be there
I have never had any problems with Freeman. Been using them for 20 years. Friendly service. Disappointed they closed Blue Ridge office however.
Tech services on time they let me know everything that I need to know and I really appreciate it. The one thing that I don’t like is it customer service on the phone? They said they were gonna call you back and they never do and they put your call and they take the tourist that’s one thing that I will change over. Take a look at it. Everything else look pretty good and I would little.
