Tom from sales was excellent. Prior to coming to Alpin Hause we were negotiating a deal at Meyer's RV, when we got there to sign the paperwork the manager changed the deal and wanted more money. We walked out very angry. The following Saturday we met Tom and the entire process was enjoyable. We pick up our travel trailer Friday. Thank you
The service department was very nice. They repaired our trailer in a timely manner. We would come back again for any other repairs.
They always go above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of during and after the sale.
IT WAS VERY EASY TO TALK TO EVERY ONE AND UNDERSTAND WHAT WE NEEDED TO MAKE THIS TRADE GO FOWARD AS EASY AS IT COULD WERE WE WERE USING THE CAMPER AS SUMMER RESIDANCE IN THE WILTON NEW YORK, WE BEING FROM CONCORD NEW HAMPSHIRE
When I brought my trailer in for fridge not working, they diagnosed and we made repair decisions. Was told be ready by Friday, Wednesday of next week I stop in, haven’t heard anything. Front end of the camper is damaged from moving it with tractor. I go into service and coincidentally on phone calls with customers about damaged trailers. When they finally got to me, then passed to manager. Should have already called me and told me, I find out there waiting on parts to repair. Almost like if I hadn’t stopped, I wouldn’t have known. Wife and I go out to check fridge and find dent on side back quarter panel, tell service person that that was not there either. Says okay. Take camper to Maine, before repair, and bring back afterwards. Coincidentally repair manager on phone again with someone about damage to a trailer. Explain fridge not working when traveling, something is beeping near fridge when moving around and excessive moisture in fridge. Go over repair’s needed and leave camper after agreeing to fix everything. Camper done call, go in see the repair front end, fridge gas supply but not dent. They bent it out some but stopped. Told they didn’t do it so can’t repair. Customer beware and take pictures when leaving anything. Worst part, was thinking of upgrading to a fifth wheel. After this experience it won’t be there.
My wife and I stopped in to look at a fifth wheel. Our first rv. The staff was very knowledgeable and did not push us into any purchase. Thanks to Mark H ,Mark R and Keith all part of sales team. Thanks to Chris and Dan in service department and having patience with us. Our whole experience was wonderful. We felt like family. And by the way,we left a deposit and went back a week later for final purchase of our first fifth wheel. Highly recommended. Thanks again

The service is not complete. The solar shade was sitting on the couch not installed, the entrance stairs didn't work, I have been waiting since June when I dropped the vehicle off and it is still not ready.
Alpin Haus sells quality RVs and their service department can not be beat. Helpful, professional staff make it a fun place to shop and browse. A friendly CJ greets you when you arrive. Knowledgeable outfitters listen to your needs and wants, then show you what RVs would best suit your needs. The Service department, lead by Jim Nolan has a very competent, friendly and honest team to service your RV in a timely manner and get you back to camping!!!

Service and sales team were awesome and went above and beyond to help make the buying experience as smooth as possible.
1. They don’t answer their phones or call back in service. 2. Once we did finally get through…Our fridge door on our brand new camper was failing. We made an appointment to have it fixed. Towed it there for them to realize they didn’t have the door it was back ordered. Towed it back home. Towed it back to Alpin haus once they had the door in stock. It didn’t fix the issue and worse more we asked that they locked the key in the camper so we could pick it up after hours using our spare key and they didn’t lock it. They didn’t even shut the door they just put the grab handle across the door. Glad it was us and not someone trying to steal stuff out of our camper.

Our first 5th wheel purchase was a Grand Design from Alpin Haus-Amsterdam in 2017. We were pleased with our purchase and any service we received. We chose Alpin Haus-Port Jervis for our new 5th wheel because this location was closer to our home, repaired our old rig, and now carried Jayco. We found the 2023 North Point 382FLRB on the lot and loved it and the price!
They were fair on our trade-in and the day of pickup went smoothly. Mike, Dan, and Keith answered our many questions and made our day a memorable one!

I scheduled service that included warranty work. These guys were excellent in communication and making sure I was all set well before my visit. I recognize "Randy" for his professionalism and willingness to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. Work was done well and on time.

Product Quality is Excellent; Love the Catalina. The Sales Team Sativa was knowledgeable even though she is new; great follow up and personable. The Finance Team (Matthew) was knowledgeable in making the deal and recommending Americu Credit Union an allowing a fair Trade-In on our other Unit. The Service Department was accommodating as I had a few requests and the new Camper had a defaulted Tire (probably during Transit) and Alphin Haus did not hide it; they made it right. Thank you all for a Awesome price, Great Trade In Value, and Excellent Service.

Everyone at alpin haus was very easy to work with. We have bought from alpin haus Amsterdam location twice many years ago. This time was the oak ridge location. Looking forward to the new location in Middletown. Our salesman Tom was great. Chris was awesome on the demo end and Dennis made the paperwork go smooth.
All staff at Sales facility are fantastic. Justin has taken us under his wing and always does his best to satisfy our needs, through suggestions, taking care of service requirements, or warranty repairs
Everything has been outstanding

Unfortunately it has taken 6 attempts to fix our refrigerator since 2018. Our fifth wheel camper was left there one entire winter to get it fixed, however it sill didn't keep anything cold. We brought it down for three weeks this spring and it worked for one weekend. A technician came and found that the seal needed replacing. It held temperature last weekend, but we are still using a small refrigerator until we can trust that it will keep temperature. We have lost well over $500.00 in food that we had to toss due to it not keeping temp. Randy has been fantastic and has kept me abreast of the diagnosis and the part status. He is the first person that has kept his word that he would take care of us and keep in contact with us. You need to communicate with your customer like Randy has. You need to follow through with your customer like Randy has. I was in the swimming pool business and I know that telling a customer bad news is not a fun conversation, however making that call is so much better than ignoring the situation. I give Randy a 10 for our dealings with Alpin Haus. As for the previous dealings I give a rating of a 6.
