Everyone we interacted with was knowledgeable and friendly. Mary and James went above and beyond to get us through the registration process with the state of Vermont. We appreciate all that was done for us as we picked up our new Grech Strata Ion.
After the sale would be very nice for your sales soon to ask how we were making out with the RV instead of customer calling back. A year ago had a quote written up that seem to be extremely high in cost. One item that I particularly took notice of was a replacement for a screw inside the hallway of the RV $75 to replace that really.???? Customer care now and then is extremely important along with common sense cost Recently, I just had a new awning replaced on my motorhome. That service was very good. The entire service department is helpful and knowledgeable. I am so happy to have found this dealership! That said, when picking up my camper from winter storage I did ask for, and pay for, the department to inflate the tires to the proper PSI. When we drove to Lake George, the camper was really all over the road like it has never been before. I slowed down to 50mph in the right lane for the short trip on 87. When we arrived I checked the tire pressure. The sidewall says 50 psi max, the sticker on the camper from the original tires said 60 psi. My pressure gauge goes up to 65 and needle was pinned past 65 on three of the four tires. That could been a dangerous situation if that were a longer trip. I think it was worth mentioning in case it helps future customers. Thanks. Vin
We brought our Georgetown 31 L5 motorhome in for some repairs. Our appointment was for a roof inspection and MV inspection. However, we had several other issues, including a slide out problem, grey tank issue, roof gutter issue, and needed oil change. The friendly helpful people of their service dept. said they could look at them all if we could wait. We waited in their comfortable lounge till they were done. All issues except the grey tank issue were taken care of. A day later their friendly service manager, Greg, called on the phone to check our satisfaction, and our most wonderful service advisor, Jennifer, also called to help us schedule another service appointment at our convenience. Although we have had extensive troubles with our new motorhome and been stuck at campgrounds twice by slide not retracting, and had many other problems due to poor assembly at the factory, Alpin Haus is doing everything to help get them all fixed.

We sincerely appreciate the incredible personalize customer service from the Alpin Haus service team. We had a desperate problem when our one of our camper slides would not go out. We called the Alpin Haus and immediately got a call back from the service team. Scott and the manager of the service team reassured us that they would help us despite this being one of the busiest times of year for the RV business. The service department supervisor Rob broke away from his teams busy schedule and made personal service call to our camper within one business day. We were away when he came and were surprised when we came to our camper to find the slide out and the problem corrected. Scott who was our main contact always follows up and returns calls and/or emails.
Its great to call a business these days and talk to a real person and be reassured you will be taken care of and know its true.

Dave in service has been my service writer for many years and has done a great job. I have meet a number of the tech’s and enjoy seeing them when I am in for service on my unit.
You made us feel that the customer is not valued after we make a purchase! We had to bring our camper back for repair after finding numerous issues on first camping trip and the camper remained there for 5 weeks, we had to cancel our camping trip last minute, the campground charged us full price since we didn’t give a weeks notice. We had been up front since first contact with service we had a trip coming up in 2 weeks and we were told that the parts were gonna take 3 weeks to come in, but we were not informed till May 8th.
We tried to get some kind of compensation for the $247.00 that the trip cost us from Service manager but he did not seem to really care about our frustration, which again makes us feel like we don’t matter!
Do not want to deal with a company that has that attitude towards their customers. .
We will tell everyone we know not to use Alpine Haus and are happy to share our experience!
Do warranty work free. All employees are pleasant and accomadative, but repair time estimates need to be more accurate. We waited 7 hours for most of the repairs to be accomplished, even though Alpin Haus has a great waiting room, that's still a long time and the time estimate was far shorter.
Everyone is very helpful and nice! They always are able to address our concerns. They listen to what we are saying.
Friendly staff, provide great follow up on appts.
There were bad roof leaks that were not told to me until after I bought it. It took an extra month to get it and when I got it the table was damaged and that took 2 months to get. The awning broke on the first night out with it and the replacement was wrong part. I feel I should not have to pay for it

Everyone does what they can for customer satisfaction
I was a bit surprised at the $22.00 raise in price. My son, who has his camper there also, said they got a letter. We didn’t, but we still like the space, would still recommend. Is it possible to get a new chain lock with a longer locking neck? People this season seem to be twisting and making it tight and difficult to open at times. A longer neck would help prevent that. We will never recommend your service department to anyone . You have had our camper since May 9th and it is still not fixed . The only department I would recommend is sales but why would anyone buy a camper where they can’t have subsequent service done on it .
Art Cooper, our salesman was great. We give him a 10 out of 10. He was professional, knowledgable and patient. We walked in, told him what we were looking for and he showed us 3 differrent models. We found exactly what we wanted and put a down payment on the model we chose before we left.
The entire Alpin Haus staff were extremeley helpful and so easy to deal with.

The service associate that checked me in was fantastic. I believe his name was Chris, my only complaint is I asked them just to check the air pressure in my tires they are filled with nitrogen but can fill it with air also, well that was a $68.70 charge just to put air in my tires. That I think was ridiculous.
