Be more responsive to customers using service dept. I always have to call for followup info. If not status or other advise is not given without prompting with call.

We've had a pretty terrible experience with Alpin Haus since 2019. I won't go into it all BUT Alpin Haus Amsterdam 5S store has been a lot better than Saratoga was. Specifically Eric the lead service technician. If it wasn't for Eric we'd change dealerships for our camper service and repairs and inspections.
A repair the slides on my motorhome. The slides were working perfectly when I dropped my coach off.. the technician doing the work is said he had problems getting the driver side slide back to work. He said he had fixed the problem.. when I got home, the driver side slide would not work I was able finally to get it close so that I could transport motorhome back to Alpin House.
I purchased a 2017 imagine camper from them on the 15 th of may and had some issues that need to be resolved after speaking with greg and dave of customer service we were able to resolve a plan to resolve the issues of concern by sending a great crew to my campsite they were very knowledgable of all issues and and examine them then repaired them on site which was convenient for me as i did not have to bring back to shop as was already setup at camp . I thanked them for this ,fixed leak in shower with sealent and all issues thanks again guys
Service quickly fixed the issues with our new motorhome. Would not recommend the concierge service package - it was a joke to use
Thank you for helping me with my new camper that I bought while on vacation in Maine. The dealer in Maine wouldn't fix the defects, so the East to West customer service said that you might help me. Although you haven't finished the work yet, I'm very happy that you are getting it covered under warranty.

Angelina found us the perfect trailer for our family. She listened to our needs. I enjoyed working with the whole team. The entire process was quick and went smoothly.
Other than our salesman Adam everything about our experience with our brand new camper and purchasing was a nightmare, first we had issues with aoir first purchase last year and figured we would give the benefit of the doubt and go again and this experience was even worse with a brand new 2024 camper.. And to top it off the battery we got with our camper is bad and won't charge above 10.9v all and all I wasn't pleased with alpin haus at all
From sales to Finance and Service, everyone we encountered has been knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The service department hit every commitment they made and the communication was top level. I couldn’t have asked for more.
Live in Vt , Have dealt with Alpin house on two previous occasion so felt traveling there would be good.
Upon day of pickup No agreed upon alterations completed upon arrival for pickup. Only completed upon insistence.Johnathon the alleged manager was less than empathetic to my issues which compounded my disappointment. Felt like oh I was only buying a brand new apex nano so not a big deal for him. Upon return home unable to get into camper. Keys just did not work. Had to call a locksmith who by the way has 40 years of experience. He reported he could get in but would have to drill lock out. Not being able to secure what was at least a very valuable new purchase to me I opted out of that. He stated the lock was clearly defective. Had to cart the RV back from VT to NY the next day. Missed Memorial Day weekend BBQ with family to do this drop off in NY for repairs to door. Have asked to have repairs expedited as I have a Maine trip scheduled for coming weekend. Art the Sales person stated they would do their best. I have zero confidence they will.
I could not in good conscience ever recommend this disasterous type of treatment to anyone. You should not have to work this hard to make a purchase. Mr. Heck from the original store in Amsterdam has made boat and camper deals with me. Although he certainly likes to make money I always felt as he was willing to do right by me and that he did.

Was having service done to my camper, I received a message it was going to be delayed. Returned the phone call, left a message, no returned phone call, had to recall a few days later to attain my new date. Nothing major, just a bit of a hassle.
Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Jake in sales and Dave B in service have always looked out for us. We will only use Alpin Haus in Amsterdam for all our RV needs and sevices.

The Service Guy Larry who came to look at the Door and Look was Great.. He knew exactly what the problem was. Hopefully Jayco follows through with his recommendations. Very Satisfied so far.

I had a great buying experience, I bought a small Camper, And it was an excellent condition and they still gave me the white glove treatment upon pick up with the demo and all the other things
John jim and Jake did an amazing job from top to bottom on my Rv purchase.

The service associate that checked me in was fantastic. I believe his name was Chris, my only complaint is I asked them just to check the air pressure in my tires they are filled with nitrogen but can fill it with air also, well that was a $68.70 charge just to put air in my tires. That I think was ridiculous.
