Attention to customer needs
I like basing able to store the camper during winter. I like the customer service and how nice everyone was to me and my kids.

Your sales department is wonderful the service department is a nightmare. Had we known how it was before we purchased our camper we would never have bought from your location and we would not purchase from here again because of the service department.

The needed warranty repairs on my trailer were performed properly, professionally, and the trailer was ready for pickup in a timely manner.
Technician for annual maintenance and winterization arrived two hours later than scheduled. Improve on timeliness.
Ability to handle detailed concerns regarding maintaining and storing my 2002 Coleman Cottonwood pop-up.
Also allowing safe winter storage at a fair price.
The job took longer than I expected do to unforseen problems but the company solved them and got the job done.
Alpin Haus was flexible about when I could drop my trailer for service and Jennifer was soooo pleasant.

The staff from sales to delivery were all very helpful. Unit from Coachmen arrived with numerous problems that should have been fixed before delivery. Service manager working to resolve. If it wasn’t for poor quality control at Coachmen/Forest River I would have rated a 9 or 10
