Very good service and very friendly staff. 100% better than the place I bought my 2023 grey wolf 18RR. I have bought a new forest river 16UL Work and Play in 2013 from Amsterdam Alpin Haus. Have always been treated excellent.

I would like to start that I have conflicting emotions about my experience with the purchase of a travel trailer that I purchased this past weekend 10/21/2023.
The sales person and serviced tech I worked with were both great . Adam King Great sales person and excellent service tech Ross excellent to work with through the whole experience and addressed additional items we encountered during our walk through. Very professional and very communicative, that made the sale and our decision to stick with with the Alpin haus dealership vs other dealers in the area.
With my mixed feelings about the camper is when picking up the new camper on Saturday 10/21/2023. Working with the service tech and doing our walk through . I encountered a few things that could be improved on in the area of cleaning and detailing.
One the camper itself was not washed not really a big deal it was raining out . Second major issue I have was when going through the appliances with our service tech we discovered several mouse droppings in the area of the hot water tank and the water pump.
Working with the service tech , both him and I spent a good amount of time cleaning up the mouse dropping and mouse urine in the camper .
When finishing up with the tech and moving on with the final steps of the sales experience I did ask for a something that could be done due to the discovery of mouse dropping and mouse urine. What was offered was a complementary detail service . Not really what I wanted seeing how 899.99 dollars is added to our invoice for the purchase of this camper.
When leaving the store and returning home and doing a more thorough cleaning of the camper , more mouse dropping and urine was found and a decent amount of installation that came from somewhere wrapped around a plastic bag against the Rv furnace . Pictures can be sent upon request.
Several hours was spent cleaning up the mouse droppings and sealing up possible entry points . A little concerned if I am going to have any possible electrical issues due to a mouse problem.
I would like to suggest that whoever is in charge of cleaning and detailing campers either new or used do a better of cleaning and inspecting campers. By doing a better inspection and cleaning this will help the purchaser like my self have confidence in standing behind a dealership like Alpin Haus.

When we pick up our Motorhome after its been in for repairs we expect that it is ready to go. First day out and jacks would not come down and control panel not working. After much research we had to reset the pump controls in the battery compartment. Not not sure why they were touched.
We asked for a couple of interior parts to be replaced and some were not even addressed or discussed.
We were told plug for attaching trailer was OK. It wasn't and didn't work. We were told entry door was fixed, it was not.
Waiting over a year fro refrigerator drawers

Friendly folks who seem to know their stuff. Work done to my trailer is completed on time, and good quality .as long as you’re not requiring vendor supplied parts,
2nd time my trailer was I. For the awning not working and it still took 3 attempts to open it . And they charged me both times and it still doesn’t work right

I was very grateful for the phone calls that I received telling me that my situation will be resolved as quickly as possible. They did tell me that they would reimburse me out the $332 though I have not been reimbursed yet. i’m hopeful going forward that everything will go smoothly without complications.. the service department is doing everything they can to make things right and I am very grateful for that.
Alpin Haus service department has been awesome (especially Randy the assistant service manager) in helping to resolve two minor issues we had with our new Imagine 2500Rl. In my opinion they went above and beyond to respond in a timely and effective manner, so I would highly recommend both the sales team (especially Don T) and service team (Randy).

I got charged $332 for a job that’s not completed details because I had to wait four months waiting for the parts to come in. Because the previous installer did not do the job right and caused issues. My refrigerator as of right now only works on gas does not work electric. Still waiting on the part for the refrigerator to work on electric in the refrigerator doors don’t shut right. I should’ve not been charged until the job was done right and completely. Very unsatisfied with the situation.
Knowledge Quite frankly, my son works there.
Warranty and service timing appointments were unsatisfactory.
Finding a dealer that not only give you a good sales experience but also provides quality service after the sale is rare these days. Alpin Haus delivers!!!!
Alpin Haus has worked with us, both when buying our RV's and whenever we needed service. On two separate occasions we had a problem and called to see if they could help us as we were passing through. They did both times and got us back on the road as soon as possible. An excellent dealership!
