We had a great buying experience with Great American RV Superstore in Hammond, LA. Our salesman, Michael Trosclair, showed us all that we wanted to see and allowed us to learn as we made our decision. The purchase and checkout went smooth and they responded to our every need. Not all dealers allow customers to spend the night on the premises and try out their new camper before taking it home. This is a very positive factor in choosing Great American RV Superstore as your RV Dealer. I would suggest the anyone shopping for a RV Trailer, Motorhome, etc. go to one of their several locations and see how wonderful they are to work with. They carry many wonderful brands and you will find what you are looking for there. There is also a Camping World on the site, so we could immediately buy many needed items for our new Venture SPORTTREK 343VIK. Love It!
I was very impressed with the Service Department at Great American RV in Defuniak Springs, FL. The Service manager, Bob and his service staff were great to work with. I had an electrical shorting issue and a plumbing leak. They took the extra time needed to make sure the leak was fixed and the coach was completely dry. The electrical issue was also fixed after taking the time needed to trace down a bad connection and re-doing it. Bob kept me advised and service tech explained to me what was done afterward.
What a great service experience. I felt that Bob and his staff truly cared about my needs and wanted to make sure things were fixed and to get me back on the road as a "Happy Camper".
I highly recommend Great American RV for service as well as the sales team.

Primarily Will (Airstream Technician)! He’s very informative & always provides great Airstream maintenance insight. Bottom line is Will is the primary reason we travel three hours one-way from Spring Hill, TN to Dixie RV - Calera, AL.
Product is great. Really pleased with our new Grand Design Imagine 24MPR toy hauler.
Everything that I was told from the beginning of our transaction went extremely smoothly. A big shout out to our sales woman, Heather and Ryan our final closer.
The only negative was the final walk through of the cleanliness of the interior of our new unit and the solar Panel . Most (not all) Items were addressed before we drove it off the lot.

The camper we purchased was EXACTLY as pictured on your Facebook page! The person who gave as a tour of the camper was extremely knowledgeable and pointed out a few tips to us as we learned about the RV from him.
We had a long drive to pick up our camper and your salespeople assisted us in finding lodging nearby.

Had 1 yr warranty check up. The appointment time was met and tech’s looked at the few issues we had , wrote them up and reached out to Jayco for approval. We were very pleased with this dealership in Calera Ala.

Walking in for the first time in Great American RV Super Store in Breaux Bridge ,Louisiana was a great experience friendly staff and may I say the store it self was so neat and clean the product line had a lot.They have everything you need for a camper.
