I purchased my 32LX Prowler by Heartland in July 2020 at Dixie RV (now renamed Great American RV). The sales person and financial closer no longer work there, but, they were GREAT. The sales person did a perfect job asking qualifying questions, determined what I needed, established my working budget and picked out the perfect floor plan. He showed me 3 RVs, but the 3rd one was the one he said he knew was what I was looking for. He was SO RIGHT! The man who was the financial closer was amazing. The general sales staff is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Mike in the service is also awesome. I highly recommend your store.

They had the perfect RV for us - the Keystone Hideout 250BH- and were very understanding on our timeline to purchase. They made it easy to negotiate prices over text or phone (we live an hour from the dealership), and we came to an agreement on price very quickly. We love our new camper! Even though it took 5 months to get parts to repair my RV, GARV did right by us to get our motorhome back to us.

The Crew at the Defuniak Springs Superstore was amazing! They made our dream of owning a Thor Tiburon that we saw at the Grand Bay Store in an expeditious way - since we were planning on leaving on a 3 week adventure to Utah. We had a great buying experience with Great American RV Superstore in Hammond, LA. Not all dealers allow customers to spend the night on the premises and try out their new camper before taking it home. This is a very positive factor in choosing Great American RV Superstore as your RV Dealer. I would suggest the anyone shopping for a RV Trailer, Motorhome, etc. go to one of their several locations and see how wonderful they are to work with. They carry many wonderful brands and you will find what you are looking for there. There is also a Camping World on the site, so we could immediately buy many needed items for our new Venture SPORTTREK 343VIK. Love It!
I was very impressed with the Service Department at Great American RV in Defuniak Springs, FL. The Service manager, Bob and his service staff were great to work with. I had an electrical shorting issue and a plumbing leak. They took the extra time needed to make sure the leak was fixed and the coach was completely dry. The electrical issue was also fixed after taking the time needed to trace down a bad connection and re-doing it. Bob kept me advised and service tech explained to me what was done afterward.
What a great service experience. I felt that Bob and his staff truly cared about my needs and wanted to make sure things were fixed and to get me back on the road as a "Happy Camper".
I highly recommend Great American RV for service as well as the sales team.

Everything that I was told from the beginning of our transaction went extremely smoothly. A big shout out to our sales woman, Heather and Ryan our final closer.
The only negative was the final walk through of the cleanliness of the interior of our new unit and the solar Panel . Most (not all) Items were addressed before we drove it off the lot.

Repair was a minor one but it was completed very quickly and we were on our way home in 2 to 3 hrs which we had figured on. Also the service hand replaced a small bracket which we pointed out when we arrived...no problem. Thanks
