I enjoyed the whole process! Everyone, from our sales person, Aaron, and his sales managers, to the friendly staff who explained how everything on the RV works, were so pleasant to work with.
Liz Mahnich was very knowledgeable & helpful in the process of getting our rv back & in purchasing the extras we needed. She went out of her way to help us get the correct hitch to tow or car. It was a great experience working with her. She even came in on her day off to assist us, now that’s great customer service!

I have been impressed with everyone's willingness to help...both in sales and service. Our salesman Levi was patient and honest and answered all of our questions. If he didn't have the answer right away, he always would make the effort to find out the answer and get back with us. The pricing was exactly where we needed which Levi was upfront and honest in helping us establish that price.
Likewise, the people in the service department have gone above and beyond in helping us with our issues. They have worked hard to please us and are genuine in their interest to deliver the service necessary to solve any problem. I am completely satisfied with all aspects from the quality of the RV we purchased, to the sales associate, to service. I have been recommending Great American to everyone we come across who are interested in RV's
My service / briefing technician was very thorough and knowledgeable. My salesman Vince was always available and very helpful. Everyone from the finance officer to the greeters and cashiers were great!
Price was good. The service was Professional and quick.
My most recent visit was for service. My adviser was great with keeping me up to date on repairs being made and the status of the repairs. She was also great with the walk through on the day of pickup when repairs was complete.

It was a good buying experience. I was not pressured, my salesman Nick Smith took time to listen to what I was looking for. He showed me many types of options to help narrow down both of our understanding of my needs. He even went and got a tape measure so we could measure some of the things I needed / wanted. I left that day after narrowing my choice down, so I thought. I called him back the next day and after thinking the whole thing through, pretty much made a decision 180 degrees from where I started. They had what I wanted in stock, I looked it over and we wrote up a deal. I talked to finance on the phone the next day and returned the following week for several hours of training on that model and complete the finance and sale. I then picked up the RV several days later after completing some modifications to my driveway to accommodate its grandeur. I have camped in it at my home a few days and found a few items that need attention. They asked I bring it back as soon as possible in order to make all of those things work to my satisfaction. I truly believe they understand the value of making sure their customer experience is top notch and those same customers want to return for another RV in the future. Thank you.
