The buying experience has been good so far.. salesman James Whatley has been very good to deal with ..has done everything I have ask answered every question .. we will see how the service goes from here…3 doors have to be replaced on the storage compartments.. so we will see..
Overall a good experience, good inventory and competitive pricing. Nice people to purchase from. Bob in service is the best. The pre delivery inspections of RV's they receive from manufacturer could be more detail. I would recommend a check sheet. There always seems to problems at or just right after delivery.

The staff in the service department were very accommodating when I had to change the appointment several times and when we finally got to the appointment they were able to fix all the issues that we had.
I would like to know if you have the parts for our RV that you were waiting for we were told in Fe. That the awning caps and door latch had not been received.We have heard nothing yet,We were assured by Amanda That when the parts arrived we would be notified and that Great American RV would install them. I hope to hear back soon. Thanks very much Woody Thayer.

I really like the Grand Design products you carry. I have owned 4 RVs and the Grand Design is my favorite.
Your parts people are knowledgeable. I was in one of your competitors stores right before I visited you. I told them what I needed,Alpha products for my roof. The tried to sell me the wrong stuff. They even said they had never heard of different roofs requiring different products.
Customer service is great. Repairs and service Dept ( Bob Lindsay and team) is very professional.

Ray Stebbins went over and above working with our insurance adjuster to make sure we could get the replacement 5th wheel we wanted after our other was totalled in a storm. He was in constant contact with us (even on his day off) throughout the entire buying process. Chase did an excellent job going over all the systems of our new Grand Design during our walk thru. He was very knowledgeable and thorough and made sure all our questions were answered. The few minor issues we found during the walk thru were taken care of while the final paperwork was being signed. So far, we are very happy with the new 5'ver. This is the second RV that we have purchased from Great American RV and would buy there again.
No pressure sales that was very helpful answering all of my questions. Having camping pads set you with hook ups allowing our first night in the RV there on site was great! Great experience and we will be back when it is time to upgrade!
