Friendly environment
Products are very good, sales staff is very helpful in assisting you with issues, service person at the counter is very polite and helpful, service department is very questionable. I'm not very stratified with the last two visits. Very seriously considering taking my RV to the Hammond location from now on or finding a totally different company to do my inspections and repairs. The Service Manager needs to get the shop functioning a heck of a lot better then what I see happening.
Had an appointment. At the appointed time i brought my RV to the store and the staff was waiting for me. They moved my RV immediately to the service area and with a couple of hours they notified me it was ready to go. Computer systems were slow that day. What a great experience working with Great American RV in DeFuniak Springs, Florida!! Their Sales Person, Tabatha and Closer, Nolan were both exceptional through the process. Nolan went out of his way to help in every way possible and I can’t thank him enough. The Service Department plus their entire staff were great. I recommend you stop by and check out their inventory and the nice people working there will make you feel welcome. They are all very knowledgeable and will make you feel right at home.
