I like the RV I purchased from them and they installed a washer and dryer after the purchase. It appears to be a good job, but we have not had time to try. The rear ladder that was damaged when I purchased the RV was replace with no problems.

They delt with the insurance company and kept us informed. They noticed the damage that I couldnt see and informed us. In Florida for the last few years hurricane damage is far to frequent and I appreciate them fixing the roof to prevent further damage.

The Class-C RV we purchased had everything we wanted. The Sales rep, Brent Ponder, was professional, personable and simply determined to see us drive off with our dream RV. He went over and above what we had expected. The service rep, Steven Piper, was extraordinary in explaining everything and I felt much more comfortable afterwards. We spent the first night in our RV and made a list of questions and things to correct. Steven took care of everything on the list without any negative feedback. It was a wonderful experience to see our dream come true!

We got bumped from our original RV service place because of hurricane Ida and managed to get a reservation at the Breaux Bridge location to perform our annual service maintenance for our "forever warranty". They performed the maintenance above and beyond what our original service location did and we have decided that our future dealings will be with the Breaux Bridge office and should anyone ask us for a recommendation, that is the location we will advise them to use. They took us in on an almost last-minute basis and, while there was a rather long wait since we were being "fit in", we couldn't really complain about that. They did more for our RV than our regular service department ever did and we definitely noticed that difference.

Outstanding dealership, from the salesman, finance, service and tech they did whatever was needed to make a sale work.
I first find it difficult to reach the right person in service. However, they returned my call and I was pleasantly surprised as to the outcome. Still working on a few issue with my RV but I believe they have my interest at heart.

The parts department has everything you need for your big or small adventures. There is no service like service after the sale, and GARV really knows how to do this. No matter what question you have, someone will try to help you. Bree in Service and Parts is exceptional and Jack Gentry in Sales is by far the best! If you need service on your RV, Jack does whatever it takes to make sure you are taken care of in so many ways.
