Bob always gets us in and out quickly when we have our Forever Warranty and for the other two times we have been there for service. One of the times was for minor things, like a couple of pieces of molding and a shelf came loose after we bought our C Class three years ago.The other time we had a slide cover put on. Your service department is the best. They understand your problem and get it fixed. Professional, polite easy to work with.. just wish it didn't take so long to get parts in.

Even though the service department is scheduled a few months out, they see you at the date and time you are scheduled and are thorough with their diagnosis of problems. The sales department was great when we bought as well.

Service was scheduled at beginning of service worker’s lunch break. Therefore our annual inspection took three + hours rather than the one hour service time quoted.
We searched for a couple of weeks looking for the travel trailer that would fit our needs. The Kodiak Ultra Lite is what we decided on and it is the perfect one for us. Our thanks to Jack for being a great salesman!. He was able to answer all of our questions and concerns we had about it.
After the inspection and clean-up was done, our service tech, sorry didn't get his name, was very knowledgeable about the camper and hook-up going step by step through each item.
At the end Our finance manager,Theresa was able to answer just a few more questions we had about it and proceeded to finish up our sale for us..

The two sales people we were dealing with Jack & Ken were always very courteous and willing to help in answering any and all questions we had during our decision process to purchase our new travel trailer. During the initial purchase phase my wife became ill and was hospitalized, both of these gentlemen kept in contact with me and wanted updates on here recovery, very rare in this fast paced world today. So once her recovery was complete and she was feeling up to the challenge, we got back in touch with Jack and set up an appointment time to revisit the travel trailer we were first interested in and also look at another that we had seen online in their inventory. We liked the one we had seen online the Venture Sporttrak 251VFK, so much that we decided to go with it. Both Jack and Ken are first class representatives of the Great American RV Company and an asset to their customers. I would not hesitate to recommend these 2 gentlemen or any of the staff of the Breau Bridge, LA. store to anyone looking to invest in an RV

Our salesman Brian Foster was great. He showed motorhomes that met our requirements and pointed out the pros and cons of each unit based upon our needs. He allowed us time to reflect and narrow our choices. When we finally choose the unit to fit our plans, he negotiated a fair price. We were very happy with the purchase process.
We financed part of the cost of the motorhome and meet with Trey Grego. He thoroughly explained all the paperwork that was required in a timely and professional manner. He separated the forms that were needed by the dmv to obtain license tags so that my visit to the dmv office was smooth and easy.
Finally, we had our orientation and walk through with our technician, Daniel. He went through all the operation of the motorhome and while it is a tremendous amount of information to digest, I feel I was able to retain most of it. Additionally, he was able to install an added piece of equipment into the unit and I was still able to drive off at our arranged time.
Alex does a great job in service from checking us in and keeping us informed until we are ready to roll.
Juanita and Todd in service are SUPERB! They were attentive to my needs as a full-timer and got me in and out of service as fast as they could. They were both helpful and honest about what I needed to repair my camper, and more importantly, what I didn't need to spend money on needlessly. Not one negative thing to say about Juanita and Todd. No one could be as nervous as I was in purchasing my very first RV and going full time. I was full of questions and believe me, I did my research. When I first met with the salesman at Great American RV SuperStores in Breaux Bridge, Louisiana I felt he knew where I was and where I wanted to be. He listened and answered each question when I called, emailed and texted, and never gave me the feeling that I was asking too many questions or bothering him. He has guided me throughout and given me the support that I needed. He even walked me thru the store to help me decide on purchases I needed to make in addition to the RV.
