WE WERE LOOKING AT RV'S FOR A COUPLE MONTHS. OUR BIGGEST CONCERN WAS BUILD QUALITY AND COVERAGE AFTER PURCHASE. ONCE WE LOOKED AT GRAND DESIGN THERE WAS SIMPLY NO COMPARISON IN OUR PRICE RANGE AND I DONT THINK SPENDING MORE MONEY WOULD HAVE RESULED IN A BETTER PRODUCT. OUR SALESMAN MIKE TROSCLAIR KNEW THE PRODUCT AND ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTION. MIKE WAS INTEGRAL IN OUR DECLISION TO PURCHASE A GRAND DESIGN FROM GREAT AMERICAN RV.

We were on a 3 week road trip in our new motor home and while cruising down the highway the leveling jacks started to deploy on their own because of a bad valve. We retracted them only to have them re deploy after 10 more minutes of driving. This happened for a third time and we exited highway 10 in Florida. While discussing what to do next my wife looked up and noticed a sign that said in 100 yards turn right for the drive way to Great America RV Super Store. It was a God thing. We turned in and talked with CJ and Bob in service. They were backed up in service for days however they did a quick on the spot temporary fix and we were back on the road in 2 hrs. First class people and operation. Thanks again to the people we met at Great American, stay safe. Rod and Alison Blum
