Working with Daniel was good, a fair person and a low pressure sell. The price was okay but it could have been better. I found the same trailer in other areas for as much as 2 to 3 thousand dollars less. The finance person was a bit pushy on selling gap insurance and an extended warranty plan but not too over the top. Josh was the most accommodating tech and very friendly, but one of the other technicians didn't seem like he enjoys his work very much. Overall we are pleased.
So far so good with the camper issues getting fixed.

Then I came back about 6 months later and Ray Stebbins was Awesome showed me everything I Suggested that I wanted. Some were out of My Price range. Then I found a used 2017 Redwood. And am Completely Satisfied and Ecstatic to Get My Fifth wheel. Moved, setup, and enjoy.

Once Chris joined the team things started going smoothly. This rating is based on all the work that was done once he took over my account.
Since purchasing my RV from GARV in March, the Delivery and Service teams had me really questioning my purchase. Everytime I called for something, I was taken care of and then didnt hear anything back for weeks. When I would call to follow-up, it was someone new and I had to start from scratch again.
So when I turned in my unit in December for warranty and service, I was really worried. But Chris was fantastic with timely texts and updates (which is all I really wanted, I was not in a hurry to get the RV back... I just wanted to know how things were going) and he was very helpful. When I went to pick it up, everything was done and I feel MUCH better about future interactions with GARV.
