We dropped off our camper for several needed repairs the first week in December. The staff at that time did a terrible job of communicating and handling the list of items that needed to be repaired. The new staff that came in around February I believe, did an outstanding job of communicating with us. Our shower pan was on order for a very long time but the new staff determined another way to fix the issue and went over and above in getting us our camper back. Great job!

We needed emergency repairs for our motorhome before we could leave a campground in Tupelo. After several conversations Travis Harris came to the park, repaired the problem as best as he could considering the problem and told us what we needed to do to follow up with our regular repair shop when we got home.

We are VERY grateful for the efficient way he got us back on the road.

I took my camper in for service. Everyone that I talked to was friendly and the work was done correctly and on time. I couldn't be happier.

Took our motorhome to GARV to get repairs done that were noticed on the walk thru when we bought it. It went very well. They had us a place to stay where we could hook up our power for the night before. The only problem was we had no transportation while we were there so we were stuck there while the repairs were being made. I strongly suggest if you’re taking a motorhome up there make sure you have transportation because they don’t have any. The repairs went very well though. Jay got us financed in a timely manner. Brittany got us set up with all our needs and was very helpful in guiding us in our must haves. Dayson did the walkthrough with us and was able to answer our questions.
