Rayna, Dawnn and Grant are tops at interacting with customers! I have a choice of where I go to get my RV serviced, and I choose the place where the people are friendly and I trust to do a good job on my "home away from home." Attention to detail and attention to what customers want matter and that is why I go to Breaux Bridge, LA, to see the great folks at Great American RV.
Levi was excellent sales person, Mike in service, and Chuck in walk through, Nolan in finance. We were happy with all four of them. Brittany was great in helping us pick out accessories.
Customer service...Kim Maler worked us in because our air conditioner wasn't shutting off. Her technician Furlen kept us informed on the problem and the outcome.
I can't say enough good about Kim and how she kept coming back and updating us on the status of repair and estimated completion.
We drove from Pensacola FL to have Calera, Al service our unit. No surprises and they genuinely were caring and wanted to meet our satisfaction. Professional!

I don’t do Surveys. This is an exception, because I want to make sure credit is given to Audrey in Service and Patricia in Parts @ GARV in Memphis, TN.
We live in Horn Lake, MS, bought a 2022 Entegra Reatta @ Hammond, LA. in February 2022. For our first Warranty Work we drove 5 hours back to Hammond.
We were very hesitant about using the Memphis Store. There were two reasons, one the previous experiences we had with Davis RV and two, it’s location.
A few weeks ago, our washing machine started leaking water, and we decided to at least go over to Memphis GARV and talk to someone in the Service Department. It was about 4:30 pm, and we were greeted at the front desk with a friendly smile. We asked for the Service Department, and that is where we met Audrey.
Audrey also had a smile from ear to ear. She was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, organized, & helpful. We explained we were full timers and having an issue with our washing machine leaking water. She asked if we could wait till 8 am appointment the next morning. We were very surprised and thrilled to have been able to get an appointment that quickly. She went on to ask if we had anything else we might need done. My spouse and I looked at each other and smiled. I said, we have a short list. Next morning we were checked in @ 8 am, added a few items to the work order, and then we went and did a walk through. Audrey gave us an estimated time of around noon that the work should be completed. We returned @ 1200 pm and soon afterwards we did a walk through. We could not be happier, she had successfully completed all items on our list.
Since then we have had to bring our RV back again for more warranty work, and once more Audrey’s attention to detail is impressive. She is outstanding, without hesitation, I would give her a 10 out of 10.
Patricia in parts has also been extremely helpful. Camping World in Hammond was going to install 3 Exhaust Fan Covers but had to modify each one to make them work. We were not wanting modifications and we told Patricia. She researched, found the covers that were made for our new RV, that can be removed for cleaning, and ordered them in a timely matter. When we brought our RV back for Service Work the following week, the 3 fan covers were in & Audrey was able to add them to our work order and install them. Great Teamwork!!!
Since coming to Memphis GARV I have not returned to Camping World for our RV Supplies. Even though your store is much smaller, Patricia has assisted us in getting all items that we have asked for. If the items are not on the shelf, she doesn’t say we don’t have it, but rather she says “ let me get it for you.” I appreciate her enthusiasm in looking up and ordering what we need.
Every staff member we have met has had a positive attitude. Kudos for the Friendly RV Family Culture You Have Created!
We now tell everybody especially in our RV Park about our Super Experience @ GARV In Memphis! Please know that because of Audrey and Patricia GARV Memphis is now Our RV Store. Period. Full Stop!!!

We received top notch customer service when wanting to upgrade our camper. We told Great American RV exactly what we wanted and they didn't try to sell us on anything outside of those specifications. When sitting down to talk numbers, it was straightforward and easy. We have had bad experiences with a previous dealership and we were nervous as to what we were walking into, but it was a breath of fresh air when we received the total opposite.
