Slightly better job doing PDIs there were several things that should have caught and fixed before a customer came for delivery. These were very obvious things. Other than that it would have been a 10.

Rick the RV technician was awesome. A first time buyers for a travel trailer (though we had rented before elsewhere) we were very nervous and inexperienced. Rick was patient and explained everything simply but thoroughly. He installed the brake controller for my truck (I would have been lost doing that myself), set up the tow hitch height properly and explained how to connect and disconnect the sway bars, as well as provided tips for maintenance and stowage. He was friendly and very competent. During our walk-through inspection we identified a few slight imperfections from the manufacturer, amd Rick was able to make necessary corrections right there,
Wesley the salesman was friendly and also shared tips as well as demonstrated how to use parts of the travel trailer, and did not apply any kind of high pressure sales, and was extremely flexible with pur busy schedule to arrange appointments for demo, and later, for delivery.
Service manager was amazing. The best. Finance Manager was great also.

I feel as if your Service Department needs improvement when a Tech. is the one that ask how I can be helped. Three employees looking at computers and the Tech. that preformed the work was the one that ask what I need.
Everyone treated us with respect, listened to our needs/desires, and are making sure that any issues we discover are taken care of on our next visit. I was contacted early Monday after our purchase on Saturday by someone in the store who was looking for an item we wanted to purchase with the information we could not find on Saturday. I have also been contacted by someone in customer service asking if there was anything we needed as well as my salesman. So far, this has been an extremely positive experience.
Response to questions and helping when help is needed great dealer with many choices
I made an appointment to have work done on my motorhome. The folks at All American were ready for me and completed the work in one day. They also coordinated the work schedule with Camping world to have a new toilette installed at the same service stop. Also everyone was very friendly and anxious to accomadate me.
Service was fast and staff was very professional and friendly.

We have been fans of Jayco products for many years. Lots of features are standard which are add ons from other dealers. Staff goes the last mile too make things faster and easier for your purchase. They want to make happy campers.
There was a huge selection to choose from. Also, the staff was friendly, polite, attentive, and always open to answering any questions we had. I also got a follow up call from our salesman (Daniel) 2 days after we picked up, which was incredibly nice! He asked how our first camping trip went and everything. I would absolutely do business here again!
They have a high selection of rvs especially Grand Design. The new store is well stocked. All my recent contacts with employees where both friendly and professional. S. Rogers was both knowledgeable, professional and courteous. It was nice to call the service department and actually talk to someone. They might have had a few hiccups in the beginning but it seems to be fixed now and running like one would expect.
I did like that there was always a quick response (I wouldn't expect immediate, as long as I don't have to wait 24 hours) and it seemed like everyone was working together to help, I was not working with one person and one person alone. It did seem a little silly that I had to pay labor to have a hitch installed after spending tens of thousands on a RV, but it wasn't the biggest issue.

Purchased our 2 nd new Jayco camper , 2 years warranty & well built with quality work . Loved working with our salesman Nick has a lot of knowledge on campers because he is a camper too . Manager Ken was very helpful in both our purchases on working with pricing . Ms. Kidder was with us waiting the whole time the day of signing & pick up . We was VIIP’s for the day !!! Shop tech came explain about camper & hitch that was installed. Ms. Rene same great financial lady , very nice .Great American RV is a company taking care of there customers.
