When I arrived for my appointment for yearly checkup on my Grand Design I was greeted by 2 very friendly and helpful GA RV employees. After a brief wait, Kealy met me and got me to prepare my unit for inspection. From her 1st greetingnKealy had a smile on her face and a really helpful attitude. It reminded me of Costco employees who seem to love their job. It is always nice dealing with happy people. Too bad all business is not conducted this way. You do a great job at Great American. Thanks.

Great company! Very polite and respectful. Personally had dealings with Chase and Tylrr they were very patient with us especially having two fussy kids attached at the hip. Went in knowing about what we wanted and the price we wanted to stay under and Tylrr hooked us up!

Very good service, very knowledgeable staff and all friendly. You tell them what you can afford and that’s what you see, not pushy at all.
