If the cleaning product is just water, then why is there a fragrance? I don't think Zerorez is transparent about its cleaning products.
The policy of not moving furniture is over the top. The employee wouldn't even move a lamp.
When I was moving furniture, a screen fell over on top of me. The employee was in the same room, must have seen it happen, but did nothing to help me.
The squares to protect the legs of furniture were doled out to me one at a time. I'm in favor of not being wasteful, but first I had to move my own furniture and then I had to beg for protectors.

I had an appointment on 6/2 at 12pm and I really appreciated the explanation and helpful advice provided.

When the carpet is clean it looks like a brand new carpet. I always have the extra services done to my carpet. It pulls the nap up and picks up all the pet hair.
