I had our carpets cleaned prior to selling a condo May 25th. Dre did a great job-it was on the third floor! Great communication and always had a smile. I had some extra treatment to revive flattened carpet. I thought the prices were competitive and it dried quickly. I also asked about couch cleaning and he had an estimate sent. The uniform and visible van helped in a big public setting.
My suggestion is that an iPad or other devise used for payment. The App was on the techs phone. I don’t think that is secure for me or them.

Zerorez sent an informed, knowable service tech to do our carpet cleaning. He called ahead with the time he would arrive and was true to his word. He, also, told us how long the cleaning would take. He was spot on. The carpet takes awhile to dry, but after that time has past, you have a beautiful, clean carpet. We are happy from start to finish and we both agree that time and money are worth it. We will use Zerorez again.

Let me first say that Tyler is an excellent/caring employee. You should be proud that he's a part of your team. This was 1 of 2 services he provided in the last 3 weeks. After cleaning our duct work I put in a request for Tyler to be the person to clean our carpets.
I love the Zerorez method of carpet cleaning. Tyler was thorough in explaining what they were going to do. The carpets feel fresh and lively again. The only suggestion I would have is we should have walked around together after the cleaning was complete because there were a couple of areas I would have liked to have gone over another time. Other than that it was superb!
I like how refreshed my carpet looks after cleaning... and Never a sticky residue! Do wish the appt windows weren't so huge, really, 10am-3pm?! Who wants to wait all day for cleaning?
