The two technicians were friendly, kind, knowledgeable and willing to explain what they were going to do. The LR carpet looked fabulous when they finished. So did the kitchen tile and grout.

Tech did a wonderful job getting carpets cleaned and stains out. Commercial carpets are the worst and need special care in cleaning and removing stains. Tech was very polite and easy to work with.
It is not a harsh chemical cleaning. It is easy on people and pets. The technician was knowledgeable and the clean carpets look wonderful.
